Due to Marshall's work ethic and tenacity, after two years of hard work he was promoted to become the youngest Account Executive in Canada - a role where he could fully spread his wings as both an IT consultant and salesperson. In role, Marshall’s career trajectory took off. He was able to generate record breaking, multi-million dollar sales year after year, winning himself a plethora of awards and earning a position on the exclusive Sales Advisory Board. Here, Marshall discovered a passion for coaching and mentorship.
